Shipping policy

Domestic Shipments: 

We ship to the 50 US states. For in-stock items, we work to ship orders within 3-5 business days.  Some items are shipped via a drop-ship by manufacturer and those items can take up to 5-10 business days to ship.  

Freight is calculated based on invoice total and the “ship to” address. Luca Innovation works with several carriers to provide you with the best rates. 

PO Boxes & APO Boxes:  

Unfortunately, we do not currently ship to PO or APO Boxes. All orders must be shipped to a physical address.

Canceling or Changing Your Order 

To change or cancel your order email us at email us at carol@lucainnovation.com. Please include your name, address, and order number and the item you wish to cancel. We will do our best to cancel the order before it ships. If the item has shipped, simply return the item and we will credit your account.
